My family find it difficult because of our circumstances to organise fundraising events, so that is why I have setup this website and other web based pages that may help us. I do need the help of web designer to help promote our cause and this website, so far I have done this site on my own and now I need help to promote it as much as possible so the Wheelchair Maintenance Fund raises as much money as possible. If there is any web designers who happen to visit this site and would be willing to help us for free please contact us.
Like anyone who is trying to raise funds for a cause we need as many people as possible to get involved and help in what ever way they can.
We have done our best to fundraise as a family as we believe we need to do the best we can to help ourselves. So far I have set up this website to sell my crafty creations so the more my customers buy the more money we raise for the Wheelchair Maintenance Fund.
I need to find as many customers as possible, in as many different ways as possible.
I have created a twitter page for the wheelchair fund which is at @wheelchairfund.
Twitter allows the wheelchair fund to get to a much wider audience of people. Therefore we might find more people who are willing to help with fundraising for the wheelchair fund but to do this I need people to follow the fund on twitter and get people on twitter taking about what we are trying to achieve by retweeting things and mentioning the wheelchair fund on twitter.

The wheelchair fund has an easyfundraising account, this is a site that asks lots of retailers to make donations to good causes if their customers shop through the easyfundraising site. The wheelchair funds link is www.easyfundraising.org.uk/wmf
this means if people go to this link and join the wheelchair maintenance fund cause then go on to shop through the site the retailers will make a donation of a percentage of the total amount of any purchases you make through this link. eg. Ebay give the fund 20% so if one of the funds supporters spends £10.00 on Ebay then the fund receives £2.00. So the more people we can get shopping for the fund by sharing links or word of mouth the more money the fund will receive.
You can also do internet searches and raise money for the fund too, the link for this is www.wmf.easysearch.org.uk this works in the same way if people join the wheelchair maintenance fund cause and then search away using the site the searches done the more donations the fund gets.
Most people spend sometime on the internet these days so people can help a great deal by mentioning the wheelchair fund and adding the link to www.handmadecardsucantreasure.co.uk on any site you go to that let you add content or links, ie chat sites forums blogs or any other sites.
I have also set up the means for people to give to the wheelchair maintenance fund through a donate button on the home page.
